Wednesday at the movies

Wednesday I went to the movies. Got to see 3 movies

Match Point was a wonderful movie; really enjoy the story line and the way it kept my attention the entire time. I was left with a since of enjoyment for being a witness to a travesty of justice and luck and at the same time had sympathy for the character. Very well acted and Wood Allen really has a hit in his hands.

The producers were fun to watch and since I had not seen the play really enjoy the music and dancing. Nathan lane is wonderful and probably will take the award for his performance. Ulma was also wonderful in it.

Underworld was all right nothing more; I had to walk out of New World, the slowest movie this season.

Michaels 80th birthday party is coming soon!

Here is Michael at age two. We his friends will be celebrating with him soon his eightieth birthday. We all wish Michael a wonderful day that day. He is realy loved by many people in Fort Lauderdale. Posted by Picasa
This beautiful orchid was given to us by our friends Larry and Jerry. It was attached to their grapefruit tree which had to be taken out by the city for the canker eradication program. The orchid was enormous, it had to be broken in several parts. We got two parts and both have survived well. One is in bloomed as you can see and the other is coming along fine. Posted by Picasa

Friday at the Movies

CASANOVA is a pretty stupid movie. I can not believe that a serious actor like Jeremy irons can do a movie as bad as this one. His part is embarrassing to watch. What a change for the leading actor, Break back Mountain showed his acting ability this movie showed how can an actor sell himself for money and travel….hate it

Glory Road is a very interesting movie. I personally did not remember the incident, but it must have been a wonderful thing to watch. America really has come a long way from those days in the South. It is a very nice movie to see it was worth my time.

Rumor has it…..was enjoyable. It was fun to watch S. McLain as Mrs. Robinson.
